This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with international payment processing standards.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no maximum per-transaction limit for verified accounts, although transactions exceeding RM10,000 MYR may be subject to additional verification checks in compliance with Chagee88's anti-money laundering procedures.

Chagee88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or fraud investigations. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Chagee88 holds its international gaming licence. Players access the Service voluntarily and acknowledge that disputes will be resolved under the applicable international framework rather than under Malaysian domestic gaming law, which does not currently provide a framework for the licensing or regulation of private online gambling operators.

In the event of a material change — defined as any change that meaningfully affects Player rights, financial terms, or account eligibility criteria — Chagee88 will notify registered Players via in-platform notification or registered email address at least 7 calendar days prior to the change taking effect.
Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms entered into force.
